SUPERVISION
About Supervision
Supervision is a key aspect of working as a psychotherapist and counsellor. It enables us to reflect on your practice, to think about what is being communicated in sessions so that you can support and help your clients. It allows space for you to work through your reactions to stories you listen to, and assist you with maintaining professional boundaries from your personal life. Supervision can help you to continue developing your practice through challenge, create emotional space to avoid burn-out, and provide the best service.
I offer Psychodynamic Supervision. This means that I will provide you with a confidential, supportive space to explore your experience of working with your clients. We will use the space to discuss your process, both conscious and unconscious, and how you are working with the details being presented in sessions.

I charge £50 per session for Supervision.
